Effective July 1, 2010 there are changes in eligibility for bariatric surgery for Covenant employees who have First care insurance.

If you have been an employee with Covenant for three or more consecutive years full time and are interested in learning more about how to qualify for this surgery, please contact Cindi at 806-725-4456.

Participation in "The You Within" wellness program is now required to qualify for bariatric surgery. The intent of the program is to provide you with tools to assist with weight loss and weight maintenance.
